This super nutritious, rich and fresh immunity-boosting pumpkin spice smoothie is perfect for fall breakfast on the go. It is packed with plant-based ingredients, sugar-free, and dairy-free, but full of antioxidants and energy-boosting properties.
1 banana (preferably frozen)
200 ml soy milk (or other plant milk)
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice *see notes
1 espresso shot
1 tbsp peanut butter
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
Serve and enjoy!
Make your own pumpkin spice by mixing together: 1,5 tbsp cinnamon + 0,5 tbsp ginger + 1 tsp nutmeg + 0,5 tsp ground cloves + 0,5 allspice
