Description

Super creamy and thick chocolate and peanut butter smoothie, made with a handful of wholesome plant-based ingredients. Perfect for an energy boost in the morning, packed with fiber and protein to fuel the body right. Also a great smoothie to meal-prep in the evening for a quick nourishing and guilt-free breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 80 grams oats
  • 150 ml soy or almond milk
  • 2 dates or 3 tsp date paste
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and serve in a glass or bowl.
  2. Add the desired toppings.

Notes

Use more milk for a runnier consistency.
